This was adapted from Lisa's Kitchen's coffeecake. I also made it before with dalgona cake
- bottom 2 layers were filled with coffee cream

coffee | 3 tbsp |
cocoa powder | 1 tsp |
heavy cream | 1 cup |
powder sugar | 8 tsp |

- it is easier to whip when the cream is cold
- used the whip attachment this time
