Beef Fajiatas 墨西哥牛肉卷饼的做法
Whisk together all the marinade ingredients in bowl. Place the skirt steak in the marinade and make sure it is well covered with the liquid. Allow to marinade in the walk in for 45 minutes 将牛肉腌料放在一个碗中搅拌均匀(留小部分炒蔬菜用),放入牛排将表面涂抹均匀按揉几下后放在冰箱里腌制45分钟。
Remove the steak from refrigration and leave it at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking. 将牛肉从冰箱取出后室温放置15钟。
Grill the steak on a hot grill about 3-4 minutes per side, makeing sure to get nice grill marks. Wrap the steak in foil and let it rest for about 10 minutes. 将牛肉在烤架上烤3-4分钟,确保牛肉烤上好看的烧烤纹路(斜格纹),然后用锡纸包好放置10分钟。
Slice the peppers and onion. Add the reserved marinade to the vegetables and saute in a pan until fully cooked, but still a bit crunchy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.将椒和洋葱切好,加入预留的牛肉腌料倒入炒锅中炒熟但还有一点脆的状态。加入盐和黑椒粉调味。
Slice the steak against the grain, and mix with the vgetables. 将牛肉逆纹切条,放入蔬菜中搅拌。
