柠檬lemon | 1个 |
乳酸菌/原味酸奶 plain yoghurt | 適量 |
蜂蜜 honey | 1-2勺 |
芒果乳酸雪酪Mango yogurt sorbet的做法
把芒果切成小塊備用Cut the mango into small pieces
芒果放進冰箱冷藏2-3小時Refrigerate mango for 2-3 hours
芒果放入果汁机后加入柠檬汁,乳酸菌和蜂蜜Add lemon juice, yogurt and honey to mango juice machine
打成泥状To mud
倒入容器冷藏4小时以上Pour into container and refrigerate for more than 4 hours
取出用汤匙把雪酪挖松後即可食用Take it out and use a spoon to loosen the soft before eating
