garlic vermicelli scallop的做法
prep:
1. mince garlic and ginger
2. soak vermicellisaute the sauce
1. heat up the pan
2. add oil till warm
3. quick saute minced garlic and ginger
4. add garlic chilli sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and shaoxingon the steamer, have scallop-vermicelli-sauce
steam in instant pot for 5 mins

I did 16 scallops w/ 2 cloves garlic and 1 nub of ginger
