garlic vermicelli scallop的做法  

1. prep:
   1. mince garlic and ginger
   2. soak vermicelli

2. saute the sauce
   1. heat up the pan
   2. add oil till warm
   3. quick saute minced garlic and ginger
   4. add garlic chilli sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and shaoxing

3. on the steamer, have scallop-vermicelli-sauce

4. steam in instant pot for 5 mins
