鸡肉火腿佛卡夏三明治的做法
Step1.取高筋和低筋面粉各675ml(共1350ml),加入25ml盐,875ml温水,37.2ml糖,37.5ml酵母和37.5ml油并搅拌。(Add 25ml salt,875ml warm water,37.5ml sugar,37.5ml yeast and 37.5ml oil to 675ml high-gluten flour and 1350ml low-gluten flour,and stir.)
Step2.将2个红洋葱切瓣。(Cut two red onions.)
Step3.全部倒入搅拌机中并加入水和红洋葱瓣,取一个烤盘,在上面铺上油纸并刷上油(Pour it all into a blender,add water and red onion slices,take a baking tray,spread oil paper on it and brush it with oil.)
Step4.将搅拌后的混合物倒入烤盘中并铺平,用保鲜膜封住等待发酵,后放入烤箱烤制30分钟后刷上蜂蜜,再烤10分钟即可出炉切片备用。(Pour the stirred mixture into a baking pan and pave it,seal it with plastic wrap for fermentation,bake it in an oven for 30 minutes,brush it with honey,bake it for another 10 minutes,and then slice it.)
Step5.2个白煮蛋切碎丁,然后加入3大勺沙拉酱,一勺迷迭香,一勺黑胡椒、少许盐搅拌均匀。(Chop 2 boiled eggs,then add 3 tablespoons salad dressing,1 tablespoon rosemary,1 tablespoon black pepper and a little salt,and stir well.)
Step6.慢慢加入牛奶继续搅拌。搅拌成不那么稠,稍有流动性即可。(Add milk slowly and keep until it is not so thick and slightly flowable.)
Step7.鸡肉解冻后切片,加入适量黑胡椒、盐、橄榄油腌制15分钟后放入烤箱,烤制15分钟刷上蜂蜜,并继续烤制10分钟。(Thawing chicken,slicing,adding proper amount of black pepper,salt and olive oil,pickling for 15 minutes,baking for 15 minutes,brushing honey,and continuing baking for 10 minutes.)
Step8.煎鸡蛋和火腿片备用(Fried eggs and ham slices for later use.)
Step9.清洗番茄和生菜,并切成片备用(Wash tomatoes and lettuce and slice them for later use.)
Step10.三明治组装:面包+生菜+酱汁+鸡肉+火腿+鸡蛋+番茄片+酱汁+芝士片+面包(Sandwich assembly:bread+lettuce+sauce+chicken+ham+eggs+tomatoslices+sauce+cheeseslices+bread.)
