1. 黄瓜切薄片，洋葱切细丝。Cut the cucumber and onion into thin slices.

2. 薄荷叶洗净，切成碎。Wash mint leaves and cut them into pieces.

3. 将所有材料混合，挤上柠檬汁，撒上海盐，橄榄油，拌匀即可。这一步我比较喜欢上手给食材马杀鸡：）❤️ Mix all the ingredients together , squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle the sea salt, olive oil and mix them well. In this step, I prefer to give all the ingredient ‘massage’ by hands :))) to make them blend well. Enjoy!!
