This can be for the thanksgiving day celebration or some special occasions.

Quick cheesecake🍰 in glasses的做法  

1. Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

2. Hull and quarter strawberries. Roughly chop pistachios.

3. Finely crumble oat cookies.

4. Distribute cookies crumbs across serving dishes. Pour yogurt cream on top and garnish with strawberries and chopped pistachios. Serve directly or leave to cool for approx about 10-15 mins.

We love to do variations of classic recipes, and since this is a quick cheesecake we had to use ingredient, which create a cheesecake taste but don’t need to be baked or have a long presentation time. Do you like it though?
