500g beef, cut into thin strips | |
1 tsp smoked paprika | |
1 tbsp all purpose flour | |
1 onion, sliced | |
1 clove garlic, minced | |
2 handful mushrooms, thickly sliced | |
1/4 cup white wine or brandy | |
1 /4cup beef stock | |
1/4 cup crème fraiche or sour cream | Yoghurt |
Chopped flesh parsley |
Beef Stroganoff-Quick的做法
Season beef :
salt & pepper &
1 tsp smoked paprika &
1 tbsp flour.Hot pan: heat 1 tbsp olive oil :
Brown 500g beef--Remove.
In the same pan: butter & olive oil
Fry 1 onion & 1 garlic & capsicum
2 handfuls mushrooms : 5 minPour in 1/4 cup wine: reduced
Add 1/4 cup beef stock
Boil and simmer : 5min-10mins (thicken)
Stir in 1/4 cup sour cream: gentle bubbleReturn the beef
Season to taste.
Sprinkle with parsley.
